Grace Periods Matter
Minster Baywatch operates strictly on time limits. However, as a BPA member, they must adhere to the 10-minute grace period rule at the end of parking.
The "Consideration Period" Defense
The BPA Code requires a 5-minute consideration period when entering a car park. Combined with the 10-minute exit grace period, you have significant buffer time.
