- Print & Post (Add-on): A physical mailing service where we print and post the document on your behalf via Royal Mail 1st class.
- Second-Stage Appeal (Add-on or Standalone): A drafting service for escalation to independent tribunals (e.g., POPLA, IAS, London Tribunals, Traffic Penalty Tribunal).
AI-Generated Content: We utilise artificial intelligence (OpenAI GPT-4o) to process data, extract information from ticket photographs, and generate draft appeal letters. All generated content is based solely on the information you provide.

Definition of "Valid Appeal Letter"
A "valid appeal letter" means a document that meets ALL of the following criteria:
- Addresses the correct legal framework for your ticket type (private parking charge or council PCN)
- References relevant UK legislation applicable to your ticket (e.g., Protection of Freedoms Act 2012, Traffic Management Act 2004, Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016)
- Is personalized with your ticket details, vehicle registration, and circumstances
- Contains substantive appeal arguments appropriate to your stated reason for appeal
- Is formatted correctly for submission to the parking operator, council, or relevant tribunal
Guarantee Conditions
To qualify for a refund under the money-back guarantee, you must:
- Provide a clear, legible photograph of a valid UK parking ticket
- Provide accurate information about your vehicle and circumstances
- Submit a supported ticket type (see Section 3)
- Request a refund within 14 days of purchase
Non-Refundable Circumstances
We do NOT offer refunds in the following scenarios:
- The appeal letter was successfully generated and delivered, but you changed your mind
- Your appeal was rejected by the enforcement authority (we sell the document, not the outcome)
- You provided incorrect, incomplete, or illegible ticket information
- The ticket is unsupported (see Excluded Notices in Section 3)
- For Print & Post orders: Refund requests made after the letter has been dispatched
Refund Processing
- Qualifying refund requests are processed on the same business day
